          2. I request you to issue necessary posting orders to the above  promotees under the powers delegated in B.P. Ms. No.61 (Sectt. Branch) dated 1.8.1988 under Regulation 106 of the TNEB Service Regulations.  The date of their joining as Chief Head Draughtsman may be intimated.

          3.  In this connection, I invite your attention to B.P. Ms (F.B) No.45 (Adm.Branch) dated 5.9.1988, wherein clear instructions have been issued regarding posting of personnel in the central office.

            4. The Superintending Engineers concerned are requested to serve the appointment-cum-posting orders to the individuals only if they are free from D.P. / undergoing punishment / Vigilance remarks.

5. Item Nos.1, 2, 4,  are not eligible for transfer Travelling allowance.

      6. I request you to acknowledge the receipt of this letter.
